PT 10 continuosly goes to error -9128

Hi fellas,well no matter what i try,PT10,3,7 stops with this message 'you running out of cpu,increase your buffer or turn off some native plugins'.Even with no plugins on a session.So following the instructions here is my Sandra report to try to help you help me.
