Pro Tools window won't expand

Strange (probably windows noob) issue. I can't get the Pro Tools window to expand once I've collapsed it to the task bar. Neither clicking on it nor alt tabbing to and from Pro Tools will expand the window.

Tried deleting prefs and databases to no avail.

Windows 7 sp1, Intel i7-4770 @3.4 gh
